Today was my father’s three month anniversary of his death. I thought about his life and how much he loved his job! He worked there over 40 years of his life, and he told me he never experienced anything that I had experienced at Verizon. He said it is sad how life has changed and how people just lost respect for one another. He died in July never getting to see my family and I receive any peace of mind, from the abuse caused by Verizon. I week after he died I finally was awarded a trial by jury, and I believe it was his blessing. It bothered my father so much to see me reach ultimate success at a place that I so loved working for and gave my heart and soul, and then later the same company destroyed out lives.
October is Anti-Bullying month and it is up to all of us, to ensure we let the world know that Bullying has to stop. Too many lives are destroyed each day because of this hennas crime. The increased evil that is taking over so many people, and it bothers me so much. Ever since I have learned of this crime, I don’t stop reading so many headlines and it makes me sick each time.
I want you to take the time to look at what was in the media this week, and how devastating Bully has become. These two victims broke my heart, and they are only kids.
A few weeks ago, my daughter received a text from a former High School student and her peer that is now on X-Factor a Ms. Jillian Jensen from Fairhaven Mass. Jillian thanked my daughter for sticking up for her when she was being bullied at school. She said to my daughter I never really thanked you enough for helping me. Today Jillian overcame this abuse and has spoken about it to ensure it will help others. My children and I will not stay silent and allow others to become victimized, nor should any of you. Do not watch others victimize anyone. If we unite we will not be defeated, I promise.
If we stay silent, bullies win! Tell everyone, scream loud and tell these politicians we want the Healthy Workplace Bill a Law.
This week is dedicated to Workplace Bullying Week. This world is no longer small, as the internet has allowed us to help every victim of bullying.
Without a doubt the best informative Workplace Bullying web site I have ever found is the “Workplace Bullying Institute – by Dr. Gary Namie.” Dr. Namie has committed his life to ensuring change will come, and victims will no longer feel alone. He is dedicating his life to pursuing a law that helps all of us. The Healthy Workplace Bill will do just that. On his web site, you can find the answers, seek help and guidance and help others!

Oct. 14th -20th ~ “Workplace Abuse/Bullying, Violence and addressing it”
Abuse in the workplace is a longstanding issue that impacts people on psychological and physical levels. Some people experience physical ills/ailments with no reason or understanding why. The abusive workplace affects health across all levels/angles and if not recognized and addressed can cause serious health risks and fatal outcome.
May the Lord give me the voice tomorrow in Washington DC to tell the world how we suffer as victim of workplace bullying!
As Verizon would say: Making Progress Every Day!
“The only thing necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.”
