Today I handed over critical evidence to some top law firms in New York to help victims of Verizon that were contaminated at the Verizon Building 140 West Street New York, NY.

The evidence has ton of pictures, reports, data, facts, and a mountain of evidence (floor-by-floor) that was released on this CD. I was advised that only a hand full of people have this CD, and it was never meant to be released to the employees!!!!

The CD’s has Asbestos evidence and other evidence that was there pre and post 9/11 Terrorist attack documented at Verizon’s 140 West Street Building

It is heartbreaking to know a company like Verizon has information like this and may never informed their employees know the dangers of working at the building “PRE and POST 911.”

It has come to my attention that the levels of asbestos contamination at Verizon’s 140 West Street Building were documented in a report. THE REPORT WAS ONLY DISTRIBUTED TO A LIMITED AND SELECT GROUP OF VERZION’S UPPER MANAGEMENT. I have been told that a group of Verizon employees have died from cancers after being exposed to TOXINS at Verizon’s 140 West Street Building because they were not provided with the proper safety equipment and they did not have respirators to filter out the TOXINS they were breathing in. In addition other Verizon employees are having SERIOUS health issues (some are terminally ill).

If you are a Verizon employee or no of any Verizon employees who has illnesses after being exposed to the TOXINS in Verizon’s 140 West Street building and at GROUND ZERO. Many others within that building may have had the same medical issues or additional ones as well because of the toxins within that building.

This employee was medically diagnosed with these illnesses and is disabled and in constant pain:

  1. Degenerative spinal disc disease
  2. Fibromyalgia
  3. Peripheral neuropathy
  4. PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)
  5. Panic attacks
  6. Anxiety
  7. Depression
  8. Chronic insomnia
  9. Chronic fatigue
  10. Vertigo
  11. GERD (Gastro esophageal reflux disease)
  12. Lowered immune system (immune deficiency)
  13. Chronic Immune Thrombocytopenia (bleeding disorder)

Another first responder was Mark DeBiase. A cell tower technician for AT&T Wireless, he was called in to set up emergency communication equipment at ground zero on Sept. 12. He spent a total of 16 hours there. A biopsy later revealed that Mark had interstitial lung disease, or ILD, which is caused when inhaled substances, like coal dust, severely scar the lung tissue. Mark was on a waiting list for a double lung transplant, but he steadily deteriorated, he died at age

42, leaving a wife and three young sons.

41-year-old Deborah Reeve, developed a serious cough just two years after the attacks and died of mesothelioma in 2004.

I have attached these links which further document the TOXINS and asbestos in the vicinity of GROUND ZERO and Verizon’s 140 West Street building.

If you happen to know anyone at the Verizon Building at 140 West Street in New York, NY – Please have them contact me, as I will be gathering a list of names. There will be more to come. This makes me sick, but it is expected of Verizon – because “Greed has no conscious.”

Send me your name and contact information and I will forward it to the attorneys office:

As Verizon would say: Making Progress Every Day!

“The only thing necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.”

Verizon – New York Times in today’s Sunday Business Section 3/1/2015

I want many of you to read this story that is on the front page of the New York Times in today’s Sunday Business Section.

In 2008 I was wrongfully terminated because I decided that I was not going to stand and watch other Verizon employees get bullied and intentionally targeted, by Verizon managers that felt they had the power to destroy many lives and did not care at all about the outcome and may of their targets families.

So in October of 2011 I decided that I was going to ensure that my story about Verizon was going to get out there, and I refused to be silenced about what happened to me and others while working at Verizon.

I then did not ever think that over 65,000 stories would every hit my doorstep and that I would then become so engulfed in to so many people’s lives from around the world on a daily basis. There is not a day that goes by that I do not receive some sort of outreach from someone that just wants to tell me what they been through, or is asking for help, support and / or guidance.

Through this I was able to become a spokesperson for workplace bullying and have had the opportunity to speak in DC, New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts alongside of our politicians, College Professors, and Authors that are trying to enact a “Healthy Workplace Bullying Law” that will help our children’s futures throughout our country.

At one point, I even had the opportunity to be interviewed by Huffington Post.
Huffington Post: Verizon: Plenty Of Good Middle Class Jobs But Would You Want To Work There?

In this process, I have heard so many sad and very disturbing stories of how brutal Verizon and so many of their managers are across this country and even in Hawaii. Verizon culture is brutal and unethical, and no may survive. So many great families have fell apart because it got to them. Some I spoke to, told me about their fathers or husbands had committed suicide and others retaliated against the bullies causing death or injuries, placing them in prison. I have heard it all, and read so many stories that would just make you cry. So many people I never met in person, telling me so many heartbreaking stories, and would just cry on the phone to me. To me it’s truly inexcusable, but it’s just greed and power that helps to formulate this poor behavior.

When your victimized there is so much you are dealing with internally, never mind financially and if you have family that you have to support. Many families that I have spoken to had to separate because it was just too much to handle. They fell behind on their bills, mortgage and things just tricked from there. And when you cannot pay your bills or keep up, they just keep piling up on you, and late fees and charges are compiling as well. You have no way out! Good hardworking family were dwindling away, all because of these ruthless managers at Verizon and so many other companies just let the power go to their heads.

You see, in elementary, middle and high school these children are told to stand up to bullies, but in Corporate America when you stand up to bullies at work, your are punished, retaliated against and often terminated for making a stand for yourself.

So today I want many of you to read this story that is on the front page of the New York Times in today’s Sunday Business Section. It’s about my great friend Mr. Michael Mirsky out of New Jersey, who once worked for Verizon making a nice six figure income like myself, and lost all he had including his family. If this was not good enough, he now has developed a criminal record in the process.

It does not take much to fall backwards, for something it took years to build. Many of us are just a few paychecks from being homeless, and to me what’s the worst of all of this is, Verizon, companies like Verizon and many brutal managers in so many companies like the ones in Verizon could care less about what happened to Mr. Michael Mirsky or others like him, that’s what sad!
What many, may not understand as they read this article is that Mr. Michael Mirsky is a great guy who loved his family and did all the right things. He stood up against the bullies at Verizon in New Jersey and he lost his job for doing so.
So take the time to read this article on Mr. Michael Mirsky – Out of Trouble, but Criminal Records Keep Men Out of Work – By BINYAMIN APPELBAUM

Verizon Director John Puopolo- FIRED!!!!

Verizon Director John Puopolo-  FIRED!!!!

Today is a great day as I heard one of the biggest assholes in Verizon New England was FIRED today.  Director John Puopolo.  He is the biggest asshole going besides AOM Paul McCarthy and AOM Patty Regan of Verizon New England.  Patty Regan was also moved to Medway Dispatch Center a punishment she deserves; hope it’s miserable for you every day!

Now Paul McCarthy and Patty Regan will hopefully follow soon those two losers.

You see, if you have not worked for Verizon and especially Verizon New England you would never understand how bad these three are.

They are ruthless and evil individuals that deserve nothing but for bad things to happen to them.  They have intentionally and maliciously destroyed so many lives, careers and working Verizon families for so many years.  It’s amazing there still alive.

So happy John Poupolo enjoy your termination, its well-deserved!

FMLA – Verizon

So many employers especially companies like Verizon are simply screwing their employees with FMLA denials, totally hampering their lives with intent, to then only return to work to receive disciplinary actions.

Here is some information for all of you:

Verizon’s Fraud

I have been asked, “What have you been up to, where have you been?” I can tell you this. I had to get my family back on track and that’s been going very well – Thank God!

I have also been busy still seeking justice for the negligence of my case against Verizon. I have reached out to the judicial system as I provided them with evidence of judicial prejudice within our system. I have put together several pages of evidence and requested the Federal Judge to be investigated for several reasons for his hampering with justice and being bias towards my case. The evidence clearly stated that I was advised of the injustice and judicial roadblocks he was indeed going to place inform of me at my trial, and it indeed happened. The Federal Judicial System and two other federal investigating branches have opened up an investigation on this matter. They have accepted my case and provided me with a file numbers and I am working hard on this as well.

I have also, been very busy working with some very powerful attorneys and law firms in the country to seek restitution for all the victims of Verizon’s wrath. Since 2005 to the present I have obtained a very in debt database of several damaging evidence and information on Verizon which I am working hard at exposing them on a State and Federal Level. At a certain point we will be releasing all this critical information to the public, other law firms, PUC, FCC, Insurance Companies and all the other companies Verizon offers their services to, including all their customers, which we will prove beyond a doubt FRAUD with malice at the highest lever costing Verizon hundreds of millions in fines, damages and lawsuits and possible incarceration for a few.

I have also asked these firms to help all the Verizon employees to take on a class action suit for all the victims of their hostile work environment, which is a violation of all your human rights. I have collected thousands of your stories to help in this fight. It will be proven that this abusive behavior is a taught culture, and they get away with it because of money and power.

Like the movie Civil Action, I knew there was a great chance that I may lose my case because the judicial system is far from perfection and money, connection and power will always take precedence of righteousness. So I prepared for vindication and justice. In the movie, John Travolta lost but then later turned over an abundance of evidence to prove malice which indeed brought him and his victims a greater justice and the defendants (in my case Verizon) even more justice.

My book on Verizon is coming out awesome and I am very happy with it. I am a perfectionist and I am not in a hurry to complete it. I want to ensure that long after I am gone, this book will help to change the abusive workplace behaviors within companies, starting with Verizon.

Lastly, I will always fight for laws protecting victims of workplace bullying, with any and all groups trying to help and aid in this quest. With unity, we can prevail for the best interest of our future generations to come.

So I am here, I am not going anywhere and I will never go away from exposing Verizon in every fashion with the utmost truthful and factual evidence – FOREVER.
